History

The RBB international Corporation Company was established in 2009 in the field of export and import in Iran. This company was worked on distribution of food & drug & also oil & petrochemical goods with the aim of market analysis, producers, traders, mandate & brokers finding regarding to Iran economical & Geopolitical conditions but because of large working scope & for focus on Oil field , distributions activities was followed by new company that named F&J distribution, in next year.

Most traded oil product on early years of the company's activity includes Sulfur, Urea, Bitumen, and Diesel & CST380.
This company has fast growth & developing in international market, although newly established company, because of working night & day with honesty and transparency slogan.

This company was moved and registered to turkey for developing the activities & because of Iranian international sanction limits economical activities, as holding company in year 2014 and after that owns other companies, regarding the shareholders agreement.

According to the government's political orientation that adversely affect Turkey's relations with its neighbors and escalation of international conflicts over Europe gas pipeline, The shareholders decided to move this company again from turkey to safe country. This company was moved & registered to Bulgaria in June 2016.

01 July 2012 RBB's board has voted to appoint Muhammad Ali Farhadi Rad as CEO of the Company after last Movement to bulgaria. From aprill 2009 till present, Muhammad A. farhadi rad is RBB's company CEO.
